Mortal kombat video game review: MK9

Do you remember back in the nineties, when MK fans used to go out to play the arcade game with those monster machines? I’m sure if you’re reading this, that you know exactly what I’m talking about. Mortal kombat video game was one of the best games that the industry has, it was a best seller many times and its fans are still loyal to it even after almost 20 years from its first release.

After its release as an arcade game, MK developers tried to incorporate it as a console game in order to increase its popularity and gain more loyal fans. Doing this led to the use of many platforms and devices and of course many changes in the game style and control. After many super successful releases, mortal kombat video game team launched MK9, which many fans think that it will be one of the best releases of mortal kombat.

There has been a lot of controversy of the latest 2011 release, especially with the Australian government banning MK9 from store shelves. The reason for this according to them is that it contains a lot of violent scenes (60 death scenes) that are considered way above the current MA 15+ maximum rating. Lucky for mortal kombat video game Australian fans, it is fine to play the game, so who needs store shelves when there is the WEB!

According to the latest news, MK9 has a new mode which called “Challenge Tower”, or what the fans call “The Zombie Mode”. This mode has a total of 300 challenges to complete and of course contains zombies in it. The other new feature is “test your luck” that was incorporated to expand the famous mortal kombat video game feature “test your might”.

So whether you want action, adventure or freaking zombies chasing you, there is no better game then the MK9.
